Creating a VM from windows image backup

Origami Cactus
Go to solution Solved by Origami Cactus,

I found out how to mount the virtual harddrive created by the disk image as an partition in disk managment, so it is good enough for me!

So i did an image backup before putting win 11 on my laptop. Lets say that i need to access a program that is in the image backup, can i run the image in some kind of a VM to access said programs?

I only see your reply if you @ me.
