The 0x80070057 error

Hello.I have the 0x80070057 error when I try to update windows 10.I searched for this error and I searched for corrupted file with windows command system.I tried the sfc /scannow and Chkdsk and DISM Command and it didn't work.

Did you clear out all the existing windows update files?
