Graphics card has come out of half the PCI slot

A04C83E8-3EA9-47D5-AE36-3021D4F726DE.thumb.jpeg.12ea0e1a12cef041c27e91e741593eec.jpegNot sure how but my graphics card got partially dislodged on one side of the PCI slot, can’t move the plastic switch thing to get it out fully or put the side that’s out back in, don’t know what to do. Sorry about the terrible state of my PC.

That's because it's still locked in. Push down on the lock and it should release the card.

I would probably break the clip of the PCIe slot on the motherboard by force in order to save the card. The slot can work without the clip, you just need other ways to secure the card. For example, having the motherboard lay flat horizontally so gravity can pull the card down onto the slot. This is a last resort act and I hope it reminds you why you should secure the I/O plate to the case.

And I pointed out that it pushes down, not bends away. It should still be able to push down and unlatch.
