I just bought a Ryzen 5 1600 and a GTX 1050 ti just gaming on 1080p performance or even high also video editing and streaming.

Just saying you gonna struggle pretty awfully on streaming and playing game at the same time. Remember to tweak your bitrate and select NVENC as your encoder.
