ROG strix logo LED flashing red

I have an ROG Strix RX 560 with a logo LED that flashes red. It won't display anything and the fans won't spin. I tried looking up what the LED means but there's nothing that I can find. Any clues?

 

Also there is a beep code. 5 consecutive short beeps and another short beep a second after those.
