Laptop and Egpu Issues (Problem with the integrated graphics)

Hey,
I have a small problem with my Egpu Laptop config, I recently got a Dell Latitude 5320 from work and bought a used Razer Core X and GTX 1080 for it. The problem is that when I connect the Egpu to the laptop it does not automatically turn off the Iris XE integrated graphics which causes severe lag in games and on the desktop. In order to fix this I always manually need to disable the Integrated Graphics in Device Manager. How do I make it so that I do not have to manually turn the Integrated Graphics on and off ?

Here links to all components used :

GPU : Inno3d Ichill Herculez x3 GTX 1080 (Couldn't find the official website)
