I want to buy a 3060 ti, but since there are non out there, the only option is to buy a gaming bundle.

1. Are these bundles worth it (example: 3060 ti and Ryzen 5 5600x)?

2. What’s the difference between the 3060 ti fe and an asus 3060 ti (for example) in performance?

1. If you need the 5600X, yes. If not and you're willing to try to sell it secondhand, maybe. If neither of those are true, no.

2. Very little, maybe 5% at most, but which one wins depends on the exact model. The founder's edition cards are relatively good this gen, so some of the lesser aftermarket coolers can't keep up.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
