Dual system airflow

I have a dual system and wondered if my case airflow could be improved. The rear exhaust has started to give off a death rattle and will need replacing soon. Given it will be a pain to rewire, is it worth adjusting the setup?

The AIO has 120mm fans, the rest are 140mm. All fans are Phanteks. See image below:

 

My thinking is to change the top fan to exhaust system 1(red) instead of system 2(yellow) and have to 140mm intake and exhaust fans controlled by system 2.

The cooler at the top left looks to be moving air upwards, opposite of the arrow. 

If temps and acoustics are fine, there's no need to change anything.

ya the itx cpu cooler is going twards the mb. the top fan not doing much. i just move it to the back.

Ah, you spotted my deliberate mistake.

 

As the ITX system runs 24/7 I want to quieten it down a touch so will change the front and rear 140's to run off the ATX system and have the top fan vent warm air from inside the case.
