PC shutting down/freezing

My pc pretty regularly will shut down / freeze. The display will suddenly get stuck on one frame (for all monitors) my fans slow down (although they might be shutting off not sure) and all audio is gone. The only way to use the pc again is to flip power on and then off on the psu. 

SPECS:

mobo: H470I mini itx gaming asus

gpu: 3060ti founders 

psu: rm850x corsair

cpu: intel 10400

ram: some sort of 2x8gb 2666mhz ballistix kit 

 

one final thing; this problem has been going on for a long time and my psu and gpu have both changed and the problem is still just as bad

Yes but i think that was for a different issue
