That PSU has some pretty low amperage on the 12 volt rail, so I would be skeptical. TekSyndicate said that you should have like 40 amps on the 12V rail for 770's

Also what ampage do I have currently I'm sorta a noob at power supply's

You SHOULD still be fine, but if you can, get a different PSU

I'm sorta confused by what you guys mean by 42 amps required, and if I have 20 and 23 Amps or so could I combine them for 43 amps?

There are two different 12v rails on the inside of the PSU. Some PSU's have one 12v rail, and some have up to 4 12V rails (depending on the guaranteed wattage usually)

If you divided the power between both rails, you should be fine.

Excuse me if this sounds noob age but the 12V rail is the cord with the two 4 pin connectors, and I use a converter to make it 8 pin?
