My cpu is all good on desktop but the second i get in game it starts overheating this never happend before hand. Today i got from school booted my pc up saw some static flick for like 0.6 ms in top of my screen. Then it booted up. I started a game of league of legends. Then it hit me i had 6fps. Restarted my pc put my bios to default setting . turned it on again i saw the static flash on top of my screen. started outlast 2 since I'm banned in league that game was at 0 fps i was playing it before on ultra at 60. kB6mSgW.png these are my specs . my cpu is running at 3,8-3.9Ghz on desktop at 4% util.. Could it be because of windows 10 ? should I get a fresh copy of windows ?

also  this is my frist time having this problem i could change the thermal paste didn't change it in like a 6-7 months
