GPU performing below potential

Userbenchmark says that my GPU is performing below potential (https://userbenchmark.com/UserRun/46976506). It is a 3060Ti Founders Edition. Is this silicon lottery, test noise or is there something I could be doing better (other than OC obviously)?

I ran this on debloated windows 10 with latest drivers installed manually from nvidia's website.

Start by using reputable like 3dmark to compare your results, not "userbenchmark".
