There is at least a 550 W power supply recommended for the RTX 3060 Ti (Palit GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Dual LHR, Grafikkarte Lite Hash Rate, 3x DisplayPort, 1x HDMI 2.1 (alternate.de))

So better get a 650 W or 750 W just in case you want to upgrade to 4K gaming at some point.

Also you should think about storage. Is 500 GB really enough for you?
Some games need 30 GB to 150 GB of storage space.

And you still might want to save backups from your smart phone or other stuff.

CPU: AMD R5 cause the 5600X is a great gaming CPU.

CPU Cooler: The freezer eSports is enough for the 5600X, but not for heavy overclocking

Motherboard: The A-Pro is a board with great power delivery and good bios, just a good deal.

Memory: a good set of 3600MHz Ram because it's just 3€ more then 3200MHz and it's better for Ryzen (they even recommend it).

Storage: The 970 Evo Plus has a deal going on right now, I would get one now if I were you, great price for a great SSD! There are cheaper SSD's but not as reliable or fast and most of them without cache.

GPU: If you can find an RX 6700 XT in budget, get that. It outperforms the TI in almost every game and is a good 1440p card. But even a 3060TI with DLSS is a good card for the future, if the game has DLSS.

Case: The P360A is a nice case with 2 included RGB fans, good airflow at a reasonable price. can only recommend it.

PSU: You don't need 850w, but you also need more than 550w. I recommend 700 - 750w for futureproofing (if GPU or CPU upgrade is wanted).
