3060 is underperforming

I got a 3060 and it wasn’t getting g good frames in most games I play and gpu z said I was capped by vrel basically all the time even when I’m not using my pc, and sometimes vop and power. Is there any way to fix this?

Have you tried DDU'ing? May be some janky driver setting

What he said, or could be the card itself is just unstable, the 30-Series is unstable (some cards)

Have you tried a reinstall of windows via the media creation tool?

Try and update the BIOS the card if that's possible in any way
