Hi guys , I bought a new pc and I was wondering why my CPU temp is not stable

my idle temp sometimes jumps from 37 to 51 for a second , but the main problem is in the game.I play COD Warzone and my CPU temp just goes up and down frequently. It suddenly jumps from 64 C to 78 C to 72 C .... With 110W power usage

It's not stable at all , but I saw a Warzone i9 11900K test in Youtube and its temp was only playing around 62 to 67 with 5200MHz

I also got ASUS Performance Enhancement 2.0 Enabled in Bios . When I turn it off I get very 55 C stable temp with 65W power usage in warzone but I lose about 700 MHz CPU clock . Should I keep that enabled or not ?

My specs :

Asus ROG Strix B560-E Gaming WiFi ( with 14+2 CPU power stages )

i9 10900

Corsair ICUE H100i RGB PRO XT Liquid CPU Cooler

Corsair Vengeance LPX 3600 MHz CL18 16GB (2x8GB)

Random youtube videos dont make for good comparisons. Temperature will fluctuate, it is fine. Performance enchament is probably increasing your turbo parameters to keep your cpu turbo'd higher, as long as temperatures are below 100c in super heavy loads there is nothing to worry about.

As long as your CPU doesn't go over it's thermal limit, it can jump around as much as it wants. No weird behavior here. Temps will only stay consistent if you have a long workload that keeps it at 100% utilization, like for example rendering.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

Seems to be operating within expected parameters.

The chip will idle down when not in use, and will turbo up really fast to respond to workload, then back down. Your clocks, thermals, and power consumption will reflect this behavior.
