Bitlocker icon on SSD, but I don't have bitlocker

Good day,

So I don't use my laptop often. Not too long ago I had an issue where a bunch of icons on my desktop disappeared. I didn't understand why but it didn't bother me. Next some apps wouldn't want to install. Now I noticed why. I think the drive has been encrypted. Trouble is I don't use anything like bitlocker. Here is a screenshot of the problem:

As you can see, there is no option to decrypt the drive. I don't even have bitlocker installed. Anyone know what I should do?

As you can see, there is no option to decrypt the drive. I don't even have bitlocker installed. Anyone know what I should do?

It's an issue that sometimes appears. You can disable it by running this command in an admin powershell window:

 

Suspend-BitLocker -MountPoint "C:" -RebootCount 0

Main PC:

GPU: RTX 2060 (MXM swappable)

Monitor: 1080p 120Hz

Storage: 2x 1 TB Samsung 970 EVO NVMe (no raid)

 

 

Second Laptop

CPU: Intel Core I5 1235u,  RAM: Samsung 8 GB 3200 mhz

GPU: IrisXe 80 eu

Storage: 512 GB WD Digital SN530 NVMe

 

Phone:

Xiaomi MI 11

 

Work Phone:

Galaxy A50

Thanks for the advice, now I am getting a hazard sign.

What does it say if you search bitlocker in settings?

I found drive encryption and have disabled it, problem is fixed! Bedankt!
