The list is mostly good.

But few changes you should make.

First, RAM, Get a CL16, Not a CL18.

SSD, Get a Gen 4 SSD instead, Around same price, much better performance.

And PSU, It's optional, But I prefer Corsair one.

Here is list that includes few options for SSD and RAM.

Are you looking to save some money without sacrificing looks/performance ?

The board for example is the first place you could save some money. An Asus B550-F Gaming/Wifi is the best part of $400 cheaper. If you don't plan on running 2 x Gen 4 SSD's then B550 is the cheaper option. Also an Asus board would match up with your case (Or the B550 TUF Gaming Plus).

I would suggest the Arctic Liquid Freezer II A-RGB over that Asus cooler. Then you can add some Arctic P A-RGB fans to match.

The psu is fine but the Corsair RMx 1000W is cheaper.

I would swap out the Samsung SSD as they made some changes and it is now inferior to the original version. A WD SN750 would be my suggestion for a Gen 3 SSD. Also change the BX500 to the MX500 or WD Blue SATA (Not the SN550).

With a budget this size I would try and avoid mechanical drives.

The Crucial Ballistix 3600 CL16 RGB is slightly cheaper and has better timings.

Why W10 ? I would go W11 as that will support direct storage.

I would also go with an Asus RTX 3090 to match the board/case. Or drop down slightly to a 3080 ti and save another $1000+.
