Replacement for HyperX Cloud Core with Asus Xonar DG SI

Hi I'm using an Asus  Xonar DG SI with a pair of HyperX Cloud Core, unfortunately they are starting to break (parts of the plastic frame) so i think its time for a replacement. With the Asus Xonar DG SI i used then at 41k hz (i found it to be the best for the things i used them with) using amplification for 64 ohm+ (Exciter mode) in a 2 channel mode for music and up to 6-8 channels for gaming. My use case is:

-watching anime (while i still have some series with lossless quality i focus more on compressed opus audio this days)

-listening to j-pop/j-rock mostly (in mp3 format)

-pc gaming (various, from shooters, racers to JRPG's)

This is what I'm looking for in headphones:

+good audio quality for my media consumption

+a good immersive gaming experience (I don't care about audio accuracy, just immersion, as i play only single player, nothing multiplayer or competitive)

+comfort for up to 16+ hour a day of usage (which is why I'm mainly targeting gaming headphones, because for comfort they seem a safe choice)

+Closed back headphones.

Here is what i do not care about:

-microphone, i do not use it.

-any razer product, i had nothing but bad experiences with razer kraken and razer nari headsets.

So far I'm considering 2 products:

1. HyperX Cloud Alpha - feels like the safest choice

2. Steelseries Arctics 3 2019 edition

3. Logitech PRO X

4. Maybe something from Astro gaming ?

Headphones that i do not consider on getting are razer ones (had a bad experience with both kraken and nari ones) and studio ones like mx40 or yamaha, which are the only ones that fit my budget and I'm afraid they aren't comfortable for long periods of use (i got sensitive ears, and considering that for my music i only use mp3 and for my videos i focus on opus they would be wasted on me).

PS/Edit: budget is up to 100$

TLDNR: I know nothing  about modern audio models. This is only repair thoughts for the thing you have now.

If plastic parts are breaking if you have a 3d printer there is the option of simply printing replacements. If you don’t replacement parts may be available.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Looking up if i can buy a broken model from the same generation and fixing it like that might be an idea, but 3D printing or buying spare parts otherwise its impossible where i live. Then again there's a lot of wear and tear on them, i had been using them for a long time.

I don’t really understand the 3d printing thing being impossible by area.  Iirc they even put one on the space station. Filament is the major consumable, and I’ve seen ones that literally use old soda bottles and cut them up automatically for filament. Not already having one could make it uneconomical though.
