low gpu usage PLEASE HELP I TRIED EVERYTHING

(LAPTOP)
GTX 1060 6GB

I7 6700HQ
16GB RAM

 

i just cant figure out whats going on, i literally tried everything possible everytime i enter a game im just getting 10% usage and for some reason my integrated gpu is getting more usage like 36%, it had several serious problems in the past and i could not take it anymore cause it sometimes wont even turn on, i gave it to some guy to fix it and he installed windows on the smaller drive which is only 120 gb but that isnt the issue, after i got it the gpu usage was very low and i was getting low fps.

How do you monitor GPU usage ? With Windows Taks Manager ? Windows Task manager does NOT show proper GPU usage of DX12/Vulkan games check in something like GPU-Z or HWInfo.

i used task manager thought it would not really show me the proper usage so i used msi afterburner
