Well you have to consider that the FX-6300 is from 2012 and the GTX 750 ti is from 2014.  I'd assume they're playable, but compared to modern CPU/GPU combos it is going to be significantly slower.

I've seen people with the same 2 components running at a stable 60-75 fps on low-med settings whereas I'm getting 40-55.

Do they have the same resolution, RAM, and exact settings (low-med can mean different things depending on what's low and what's medium, along with which game)

PLEASE STOP [Killing] ME I WILL GIVE Y OU ANOTHER DEAL.

Well because I haven't been able to get close to their frames, I've dropped almost all my settings all the way down.

Also I'm running off 8 gb of ram and only around 80% of it's being used, would more make a difference?

You've got 8GB, how much do the online videos have?

What is the resolution of your monitor?

This one has 16, but the benchmark says its not even using 6gb of it

I know this video is almost a year old, but i dont think the performance change would be that drastic

I have a 750 ti and a fx6300 and in most games I'm getting almost less than half the frames that other people are getting.

I've tested msi kombuster and can go to 100cpu and GPU.

Fx is a flaming pile of trash alr, it had even worse ipc than the phenom ii cpus

Only saving grace for that cpu is overclocking but i dont think itll do very much here, overclock it as high as it will go, absolute max 105c max 95c temp, absolute max 1.7v max 1.6v vcore

If you go the overclocking route i suggest upgrading your cooler

Tbh even a first gen i7 will annihilate fx so if you can find a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd gen intel core cpu then that would be much better than amd fx, you can get cheap prebuilts like optiplexes with a 2nd or 3rd gen and just stick a gpu into them, gtx750ti should work fine

I'm just going to point out the differences I see.

You have 1333Mhz ram vs 1600Mhz (actual frequency 666 x2 for ddr), and half the capacity that was used in the video you linked.

In the video you linked, the main system drive is an SSD (makes a huge difference when your swap drive is on an SSD vs a HDD.)

I'd also check this video out with the same GPU in a newer system:

What difference would the SSD make, because ive been told that it doesn't change fps/

Are you saying that if i were to get a new cpu, it would probably fix it?

Yep

Fx is trash

Only reason to use fx is if you strictly have to use fx csuse you dont have any money or you are an enthusiast or extreme overclocker cause fx are good overclockers, current cpu freq world record is set by an fx 8350 at 8.7ghz i belive
