Mobile hotspot restricts some apps from functioning correctly

This is a cry for help. I have tried everything to solve this issue.

I am running windows 10. I use mobile hotspot from my POCO x3 PRO (my wifi in my house is not good enough). When connect to my phone I cannot join discord voice calls nor can I play spotify songs. When I connect to someone elses phone it works perfectly. I am desperate for a solution. Attached is my spotify problem and my discord problem

could be a number of things, either on your end or on the carrier end, limiting your hotspot performance. obviously if carrier side, there's nothing you can do. In android hotspot settings, try unchecking the box to save power by analayzing traffic pattern. Other than that I wouldn't know what the problem is, you'd have to find a way to turn on detailed network logging and see what is being denied.
