I have a ASUS Gaming 15.6'' TUF FX505DT with a Ryzen 5 3550H processor with one 8 2400mhz stick of ram and i want to ask if i can put in it a dual kit of 16gb of ram at 3200mhz, ask this because form what i searched the Ryzen 5 3550H support only 2400mhz so i want to know if it will effect it any negative way, and if it will get any improvements.

As far as I know everything above 2133Hz is considered an overclock, so that's probably why AMD states support for up to 2400mHZ.
You should be fine with running memory at 3200mHz. However, keep in mind, that you have to enable XMP in bios to actually run your memory on advertised speeds, since memory kits usually run on 2133mHz out of the box.
