URGENT: How can or send a video file to my Ipad Pro, this is for a presentation

OK, messed up. I have the the video file on my Android phone, but is there a way how I can send this or stream this to my  Ipad. I do not have access to a laptop or PC.

Also can't upload tis as internet where I'am is non exitant, is there no way I can stream or bluetooth. Tried bluetooth but it says fail whenever I tried to send it to the ipad

If there is no internet how are you typing this...

Pretty sure Apple doesn't let Bluetooth file transfer happen from non-apple devices without downloading some specific app, if you had a laptop (which you don't) you couldve take the file from the android phone and then transfer it to the iPad assuming you have all the cables.

If you have an app installed on the iPad like Oplayer or VLC that can make a webpage you can access to transfer files you could turn on the phone's hotspot, connect the ipad to it, enable the sharing thing in the app, navigate to the webpage with the phone and upload the file...

On the mobile data but it's awful I'm currently in McDonald using the free WiFi to type this

Hi

 

Watched a video on YouTube but it seems like I need VLC on a laptop to do this as o can't see this option in VLC mobile

Quite the opposite, it's only an option on mobile...
