COD Warzone CPU Utilization

So, just on the menu screen for cod warzone, cpu usage is pegged at 100%. I deleted temp files, disabled background apps, changed program priority, to no avail. Do I need to upgrade my cpu? I have an i5-7400641199206_Screenshot(68).thumb.png.ead1672cb0b96429cc32e56d2a1420e2.png

Some game menus are FPS unlimited, which means they can run at thousands of FPS and likely cause high CPU usage. No idea if Warzone is this way, but it's first thing that came to mind. Does this behavior happen ONLY on the menu?
