PC/Laptop For Digital Artist

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Photoshop, Spine 2D, Clip Studio Paint EX, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD

 

So i need a pc or preferably a laptop for digital art works like illustration, background painting etc. Now i don't really know that well about what those kind of program really needed more so hopefully you guys can help me.

 

I have 2 drawing tablet, a XP-PEN Artist 12 pro and Huion Kamvas 22 plus, the reason why i want to build a new pc or buy a new (or used) Laptop is that i want to make a new setup for my sister who just became art student, while i never really buy a new laptop, i just buy a 2015 macbook pro few years ago and that's it.

Please give me some input and recommendations thank you.
