Differences between Asus TUF Gaming A15 and Asus TUF gaming F15

I'm on a tight budget so i can only buy the lowest specs, it seems like F15 offers lower specs rather than A15 because i saw a differences in A15 ram speed (3200mhz) and F15(2993mzh) and the A15 CPU (Ryzen 5 4600H) and F15 (intel I5 10300H), despite being the same price F15 is kinda like a downgrade for me, or am i missing something? any explanation?

As of right now, AMD is generally better-I’d say it’s the better bet. What exactly is your budget? And country?
