After TPM 2.0 install no post/boot loop

I just installed a gigabyte tpm 2.0 module I ordered and install it as per the instructions. First boot attempt had lights and keyboard but black screen for over 10 minutes. Powered down fully and removed chip tried to boot again no Mobo lights and constent cycling of Mobo codes with CPU warning light on. Tried to reinstall module and same result. Still currently in same position. No boot, post, or motherboard rgb lights, black/unresponsive monitor. I have fans, water pump, keyboard lights and motherboard codes cycling at to fast of a rate to note down. Tried clearing CMOS and power cycling to initiate secure boot to no avail. Also tried test with one stick of ram for all 8 sticks
