what chips for taqueros

im trying to make some nachos but i’m on a diet plus im fasting 20/4 so i can eat a bit more fats. does anyone know any tasty low calorie chips or wraps for tacos, burritos, nachos? i also need a good marinara sauce for my sandwiches that i make in air fryer. hopefully someone could recommend a good brand.
