Pointless system. You don't need a wireless card if your motherboard supports the speeds you need. More likely, your router will be the bottleneck if you use some cheap rental from your ISP. The Corsair 750D is way overkill for what you need, especially with your budget. NZXT Hue adds nothing to the performance, you're just buying cosmetics (not good when you have only that much money). 1 TB hard drive is easy, you could easily get a 2 TB or even 3 TB HDD with your money, provided you didn't waste it on arbitrary components. I can't give you a build with a GTX 8xx series card because I haven't seen their performance or price, so it would be pointless. The best liquid cooling you could get for your budget is maybe an H100i, but that would just be a waste of money when you need to put that money towards other components.

tl;dr Impossible.

Yeah I tried building an air cooled rig for you and was quite satisfied with it being close to $850 but then I saw your requirement for NZXT Hue and a liquid cooler (so supposedly OC capability as well) and i was like

Here's the link if you want to look at a non-OC partlist http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/3oDwx but being the type to request a watercooled 750D build with a GTX 800 series card, I don't think you'd understand the choice of a E3.

Your "requirements" are pointless.  Let me build you a very good PC for your budget.

You will be hard pressed to find anything better than this for the price.  This build will last you a very long time and is Overclock ready.

Case has zero impact on performance, don't spend more than $40 on a case when you are on a budget.

Order the graphics card and the PSU now.  They are both on sale for very attractive prices.

Thanks a lot! Though I really love the 750D and I want to upgrade to a more serious rig in the future so I think i will buy that. I also will probably get some alchemy lighting strips... And my room is far away from my router so I need a good wifi card

Just got an ASUS RT N66U router because of an amazing sale at FRYS.

Drill some holes in walls so you can get your computer wired directly to the router.  This will give you much better performance than wireless.  Also, because of your limited budget, I really recommend going with a less expensive case.  It does not impact performance.  Maybe go with a less expensive full tower case like the one I listed in my revised build.  Or, because you are going to reuse this case for future builds, remove it from the budget so you can get a better GPU.

heh a couple of months ago my brother challenged me to come up with a build to challenge the ps4 in performance and price. It's a bit more expensive than a ps4, but come on $674 US/£509 UK isn't bad:

I will say, though, that it's not helpful to just tell OP not to use wifi. Obviously wired is better but when I got my PC I wasn't in a position where I could lay an ethernet, and drilling a hole in the wall would have really pissed off my landlord. You don't know their situation or why they need wireless, so you should just take their word for it that they do.
