Folding@home hot keys

So I just started doing folding at home but I don't really want to pay to much in electricity extra so I thought that so I want to have it fold when I am doing low intensity things on my pc like web browsing or word processing. So I was wondering if there was a way to make a hot key maybe using auto hot key to start and stop folding. Or some automated way to tell if I am editing or playing a game and then stop folding. I also just want to say that I know that its a bit stupid and I should just fold on low when I want or something like that but I want this. I don't really think that this fits the KB or F@H topics Its a bit or everything so its here.

Main Project:

A desk that has a hatch that opens in the middle of it and then goes down flush with the desk.

What are the conditions of “while I am working” because I tried it and it was on when I was gaming and when I left me pc for an hour or so.

"While I'm working" means it'll fold at all times, including whenever a game is running. You can manually pause it if you'd like.
