Computer not posting on startup

xHades

My girlfriend's computer recently died, and I took the opportunity to switch some of her parts. I got her a AMD Ryzen 5 1600 for the cpu, and a MSI B450-A Pro motherboard as her new pieces. The rest were stock pieces from the pc we bought. The entire system was roughly 2 years old. But upon installing the new motherboard and cpu, the computer isn't posting when powered on, and I need some help.

When you try to power on, are any lights or fans spinning?

Everything turns on, everything starts spinning, even tried to plug in my monitor directly to motherboard rather than my graphics card, no post
