LED strip recommendation?

Hi 

I was thinking either Bitfenix Alchemy or Phanteks Neon I don't think that I will be looking at the LED strips directly. I will most likely just attach them horizontally a long the top of my In Win 909 so that they illuminate the interior of my case.

 

Anyone has experience with these or do you guys have some better suggestions?

 

I will connect them directly to my Mobo and control them via Asus Aura sync.

if you're not afraid of some thinkering, you can buy HUGE spools of aRGB (or aRGBW) LED strips for around half to 1/5th the price of the PC aRGB kits, and they're the exact same LED strips.. they just dont come with a sensible header.

I chose those for my build because you can't see individual LEDs in them, they really look like neon.

 

One thing to be aware of, because of the diffusing layer, they look dimmer than regular LEDs strips where individual LEDs can be really bright. Here, the effect is more diffused...
