PC Games on LINUX

I recently watched the Linus Tech Tip video about gaming on LINUX from Jun 2020. The main question I have is does LINUX support older Windows games such as Command & Conquer(an all of the versions of C&C) or Baldur's Gate (similar games)?

Have you looked at protondb.com yet? Linus mentiones it in one video... It should tell you whether a game (on Steam) runs or not and if you need some additional tweaking.

Should clarify, Non-STEAM games (games that are loaded from CD's and/or need CD's to run).

Yes.

I used wine with dxvk, was able to get halo 1 running

Still possible with proton. Basically just add the game to steam as a external program and it will launch with proton. So do still check if it will work.
