My microphone is an at-2020 plugged into a scarlett 2i2. the xlr is not adapted and my audio interface is plugged into a usb 3 connector. I have the control panel at max, it is not a mono issue. My microphone is just really quiet. I have phantom power on and it makes me hearable but its just always quiet. If anyone has any possible solutions please let me know. My friends have me at 200% all the time, and it is just quite frustrating because I did my research and believe I have done it right. Maybe its just the wrong mic for the way I speak, but I really hope not. If anyone has suggestions I will let you know all my specs and info, I appreciate any help

You could try to download something like voicemeter and add more gain there. As far as reducing static you might be able to play around with it and the 2i2. Another option would be to boost it up further and stop discord from auto input sensitivity or setting up a noise gate.
