My microphone is an at-2020 plugged into a scarlett 2i2. the xlr is not adapted and my audio interface is plugged into a usb 3 connector. I have the control panel at max, it is not a mono issue. My microphone is just really quiet. I have phantom power on and it makes me hearable but its just always quiet. If anyone has any possible solutions please let me know. My friends have me at 200% all the time, and it is just quite frustrating because I did my research and believe I have done it right. Maybe its just the wrong mic for the way I speak, but I really hope not. If anyone has suggestions I will let you know all my specs and info, I appreciate any help

Maybe Mid way, I have messed with it a little, and it causes lots of static/background sound. Im mainly wondering if there is a way to be heard without raising the gain too much

okay, yeah no just trying to determine if it was a game/application issue or external issue.
Don't suppose you could try the line output to your pc as a sanity check?

that almost makes it seem like a microhpone issue if other have worked right, other idea i had was to do with the inst and air buttons but i highly doubt those work
