Budget (including currency): I have money, just don't want to spend it on stuff (I guess 500€ would be fine if GPU+PSU, but I can be flexible if I have to replace CPU and motherboard)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I need a lot of cores for comiling stuff and I need GPU to play games. I haven't played real good game in a while (as you can see I have radeon7700, but game that this guy is playing seems good: https://youtu.be/loN65JKv0pw?t=43

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I would like to buy 2 more 2k monitors andI already have one.  So 3x 2k (72Hz) monitor (or I might have 1 separate high refresh rate monitor for gaming and 2 x 2K monitors), 50GB of RAM (I need it for my job), 256GB SSD (I will buy 1TB NVMe).

Current setup:

proc cooler: hyper t4
gpu: radeon 7770 hd
proc: ryzen 1700

Story:

Hello, I have Ryzen 1700, and Radeon HD7700. I don't play games often, but now, when I do I want to have good experience. Also for my last build I have ordered Ryzen 1700 and kept my Radeon 7700.

I have some problems where my PC freezes and reboots randomly. Idk if its GPU issue, CPU issue or Power supply issue. I was thinking about buying Ryzen 5700G (for graphics and CPU), but then I would have to buy new motherboard.

Idk what to do. Before starting build I would like to check which part of my computer has problems because I believe Ryzen 1700 is okay CPU and if its okay I would like to buy only GPU. I've ordered ryzen 1700 from Aliexpress thats why I believe it has problems. Problems usually appear when I'm browsing internet, never when I'm doing intensive tasks.

Would you mind actually using the template as intended?

Budget?  Not wanting to spend money is neat and all, but join reality please.  How much can you spend?

Games, programs, workloads?  What games? What programs?  "I need lots of cores to play games"?  Huh?

Other details?  List ALL your components?  All of it, like it asks.

If you can't test it by yourself, Bring it to technician, If CPU don't have problems, It's okey, So you'll be set with normal GPU.

Idk if I should risk it and buy PSU and then test it or not. I guess I should provide you with which PSU I have so that you can take a guess. I believe even the worst PSU would be able to run ryzen 1700 and radeon 7700. So it must be CPU?

Who knows, No one can tell like this, bring it to someone who have spare parts to test your PC.
