Need some help

Yeah so I wanna buy a PC.. so I started searching for components and I ended up having an rtx 3080 (at MSRP) and 5900x on my list, I just don't know how to choose what I really need to enjoy 1440p gaming at high settings, streaming, editing and programming (as a student) what are your recommendations? 

My budget is 2500 but I don't think that for my needs the price not going to be that high

On my list, but I have the time to wait for the price to go back to MSRP, btw - something I have forgotten to ask about, should I wait for the new rtx or Ryzen to come out?

Prices won't go down most likely for long time, So are you saying you will wait for long time?

It's not wise to plan build months before buying. Things are changing and most advice given now will be irrelevant month later, So when you have enough money ready, come back and ask what to buy.
