Fan Hub Warm?

I have two corsair AF140L fans pulling air in the front of my 750D

 

I noticed tonight, that one of the centers is running warmer than the other.

 

Does this indicate a fault, given the other one is nice and cool?

 

Replacement suggestions if deemed necessary?
