new set up...get's hanged.

Not very knowledgeable with hardware; sorry! 

I bought a new desktop with ryzen 5700 G APU. No GPU. 32 GB Ram (G skills ripjaws), 3600 MHz, XMP switched on.
Mother board is x570 tomohawk by MSI, updated Bios.

I noticed my computer got hanged twice(Screen stuck with whatever foreground). Both while just running YouTube. Not much background process running, hardly one or two more tabs opened. 
The second time although it got hanged specifically when I was seeking faster and it just couldn't buffer, screen got stuck and audio started...cluttering.

Also, a friend told it could be because of some lag between cpu and integrated graphics; not certain with his guess, and told me to post here.

Can any one help my diagnose the problem.

Potentially a problem with the SSD or even the ram, you might want to run the windows memory diagnostic to check

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
