Windows 11 - Upload speed decrees

I've been using windows 11 for about 3 months now and recently got a new internet package, my upload speed is hitting around 5-15mbps upload speed. At fist I didn't quite realise until I tested out another pc with windows 10 installed and was hitting 70-80mbps upload speed, I checked if I had any issues and I couldn't find anything wrong with it. 

 

I just used hiren with upload speeds of 70-80mbps so this has led me to believe its the OS, but it is still under a preview build and can only expect to get worked on in the upcoming months due to the short until 5th of October's official release date. Also in duel screen the search button only works for the primary screen.

Oh decrease, I thought for a second it was some insanity like M$ saying in order to use windows 11 you must have an upload speed of at least X amount (because they want your sweet sweet data)

Sounds like less windows 11 and more bad implementation. Whats your networking hardware and the PC that you run win11 and win10 with?

they run the same hardware with same settings

Once windows 11 was released I had to go back to windows 10 as i was in the dev channel and once I went back in the beta I was able to get full speeds in windows 11.
