[HELP] - PC/Monitor randomly turns off/crashes.

Hi guys,

I'm not sure what information you need to but if you need something specific, please let me know and I'll try to provide it!

I can't figure out why my PC/Monitor randomly turns off, it can happen within minutes, hours or there won't be a crash at all.

SPECS

OS: Win10Pro 21H1 19043.1165

CPU: i7-4930K @ 3.4GHz

OS: Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1 19043.1165
COOLER: Noctua NH-D15 (Purchased new because my H100i died)
MOBO: Asus Sabertooth X79
RAM: 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866
GPU: MSI GTX 1070 TI
STORAGE: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB & Western Digital 3 TB
PSU: Seasonic 750W
CASE: Nzxt Switch 810

MONITOR: AOC 21" 1080p (I don't know the exact model but it's old) via DVI

Description of Issue

Monitor will Blackout while the PC is still on. I'm forced to Restart the PC via the button the case. No other visible cues, no sounds just a hard cut on the screen.

Troubleshooting

Re-seated GPU/CPU

Re-applied Thermal Paste

Cleaned the Case (dust etc)

Double checked all cables are plugged in correctly into the Mobo.

Ran DDU

Purchased a new cooler Noctua NH-D15

Purchased new Ram

Purchased new DVI cable (no HDMI/DP inputs)

Purchased HDMI Adapter (so I can use a HDMI cable instead of a DVI)

Ran Cinebench r20 (at the time for a few hours with no issues)

I believe its my PC that's causing the issue, more specifically, my CPU. I use the same monitor on my main PC (triple monitor set up) and over the course of a year, it's never crashed/blacked out.

I say it may be my CPU because I DID overclock it to 4.2Ghz for a few years before I reverted back to default but I have no real evidence for it.

I don't know how to track this in more detail but I have HWiNFO running and my Temps are all fine.

I've attached a report from HWiNFO while I was Local recording my Main PC via NDI.

The report goes for approx 30 minutes. I would try to provide a report until it crashes but the report is either corrupted or doesn't save.

Settings Tested while Local Recording
1080p at 10000 Bitrate

1440p at 25000 Bitrate (current HWiNFO report based on this)

I'm not sure what other information you'll need but I'm happy to provide it!

Hope you guys can help me, I've tried what I could but I'm coming to the conclusion that my Hardware might be getting old (Mainly my CPU /MOBO) .

Thanks!
