Hey y'all,

So I am looking to get into the Mini-ITX market to build a new system, and I am looking at some cases and the Cooler Master NR200 caught my eye. I am wondering if anyone has first-hand experience with that can give me their review or if maybe there is a better case at around the same price point that I should be looking at. Looking to air cool with the Noctua NH-D14s and system specs are here HERE. Thanks! Let me know if any questions...

Your list on pcpp is set to private.

The NH-D14S isn't a real product as far as I can find. Do you mean the NH-U14S? The NH-D15S? In either case, the NR200 (and the NR200P which is largely the same but comes with a glass side panel) have a maximum CPU height of 155mm (153mm if you use the glass panel), so those large Notcua coolers are probably right out.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

I had the NR200 and the case was amazing.  Very easy to build in, everything comes apart quite easily.  My only nitpick about it is the clips that hold the panels on are quite fragile... be very careful with it.

My build had a 5950x cooled by an Arctic Freezer II 280.  IT was a very very tight fit, I had to put the fans on the outside of rad, but it fit none the less.  I had my 5950x overclocked with PBO pulling 200W and I had no issues with cooling.

The only reason I'm no longer using the case is because I got an AIO cooled 3080ti and I would've had to put the radiator on the bottom of the case.  I've been considering buying another one and trying to mod the top panel to hold a radiator... or maybe even try my 1st open loop for the CPU.

That being said, CoolerMaster is going to be releasing a new version of the case very soon.  The new version includes an 800W power supply, 280mm AIO, and PCIE Riser cable.
