B560 chipset can't overclock, so there is no point in putting a "K" CPU in it. Either you need a better board, or to just use a regular 11600.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Well, OP might don't want to oc, and getting that 3.9Ghz - 4.9Ghz. So it's not entirely pointless.

k CPUs even without overclocking are usually rated at higher clocks than their nearest non-k equivalent.

For example, 11600 non-k is 2.8 GHz base, 4.8 GHz turbo, 65W TDP. 11600k is 3.9 base, 4.9 turbo, 95W TDP. Chances are if you set the CPUs to the same power limit, they'll behave similarly, but on average the k should still clock a little higher. Remember that changing power limit, even above TDP, is not counted as overclocking by Intel.

I don't know when Intel started doing it, you CAN memory overclock on B560.
