i didn't know that. but i wanted to take all my pc parts home from the states so i cant do that?

Nope. Not possible. Sorry to bring the news to you.

Don't be crazy, put it in your suitcase and it'll be fine. You're technically supposed to declare things additional to the customs limit at the airport, but you'll be fine just not doing it. Here (UK) you're not allowed to bring back more than 1 litre of spirits without declaring it, but when I last went abroad I came back with 4 litres of rum/vodka. They'll never know it's in your suitcase, get the 780 if you find a well priced one :)

There is a diffrence between taking 4 liters of stuff with you and a buying a whole pc and taking it with you...

Ok well the OP only eluded to the GPU. Irrespective, I've known people who when moving country disassembled their entire PC, put the parts between their clothes and just bought a new case when they moved country. For parts significantly cheaper that could be an option.

Buy an AMD card, they're cheaper in EU anyways.

Maybe an R9 290? Or a 290X if you can find it less than 500 whatever currency.
