Problems with 240hz Ozone Gaming Monitor OZDSP24FHD240-Fless

Hey guys, so i bought a brand new Ozone Monitor with 240hz and it was showing a problem. Every time i gamed in it the screen went black in random moments and for a random period of time and it really pissed me off. I've tried plugging in a different pc and the problem still persisted. I have sent the monitor to the store in which i bought and they confirmed the problem and sent a new one. I received the new monitor yesterday (same model) and it has been showing the exact same problem as the previous one.

I dont think the problem is in my pc. Most of the games i play i get above 100/144fps, and while gaming in my LG monitor that is 75hz and i have no problems with the screen going black.

I have tried to:

- change the frequency of the monitor (144 - 165 - 180 - 200 - 240) in all those frequencies it keeps presenting the same problem;

- change the amd software configurations (enabling freesync), color intensity, vsync;

- change the cables that connect my pc to the monitor (HDMI 2.0 and Displayport);

- change the power outlet in which my monitor is connected;

- use DDU to clean and install my GPU drivers;

For real, i have tried almost everything that i can and the problem persists.

Can you guys help me solve this?
