What exactly are these?

I was browsing marketplace and saw this seller, what are these gpu prices? I wonder if these are warranty's not graphics cards, I've seen a few other sellers also selling at similar prices, anyone know what this is?

Looks like a scam to me.  Standard going rate for “it’s old and used and kinda junky but it works” for an air conditioner is $50 not $15.  Even wholesale would still be $25.  For a small room aircon.  This is not that.  Thats a big big aircon.  A small room aircon is 5000btu not 25,000. Such things are generally 240v, too heavy to one man lift, and would likely be worth near $100 just as scrap for the copper.

Heh.  “What? It illegal for you as an actual retailer to flat out lie about your prices but you’ll pay me to do it?  Sure, I can do that!”  Lawsuit against Amazon to make them shutdown lying asshats like this one.
