ASUS ERROR CODE D3 AFTER M.2 UPGRADE...

Hey guys I built my first water cooled open face rig last winter and have had no issues whatsoever. I originally used a 250GB M.2 SSD for OS and 500GB M.2 for Storage/Scratch Disk. I recently upgrade the storage drive to a 1TB seeing as the 500 GB was almost at capacity. Ever since I upgraded I've been experiencing instability issues and now see the ASUS error code D3 constantly on my mobo. If anyone has any insight I would greatly appreciate it. I've tried several troubleshooting steps I've seen on line but nothing seems to resolve it. Nothing else has been changed other than the storage drive.

Take out the drives and update the BIOS via USB, lots of updates since that board came out.
