Aussie $1500 build

[Zero Gravity]

Hi all!

 

I am building a new rig, and I would like some recommendations for a $1500 Aussie build.

 

One thing to keep in mind is that I already own a 350D, so it'll have to be an mATX rig, and also an RM650 PSU, so those two things are out of the budget, I also already own peripherals, so the $1500 is just for the tower,

Is there a reason that you went for the 4770k instead of the 4670k? Does it make all that much of a difference?

You don't need 4770k for games and light editing. You could get r9 290, but it's louder hotter and doesn't have all the nvidia fancies.

Hmmm, I might go for the 290 solution, as I don't mind having all the fancies nvidia has to offer, and being a couple of degrees hotter at the core, thanks!
