McAfee Keeps Reporting Firefox Update Needed

I know a lot of enthusiasts are generally against using anti-virus applications, but my job kind of requires it (especially when telework started).  I have a custom version of McAfee installed on my machine and for some reason it keeps reporting that a critical update for Firefox is needed, but I don't have Firefox installed on this machine.  I even scoured throughout my system and the registry to make sure I didn't have any leftover data from a previous installation.  I haven't had it installed for years now so I am not sure where this is coming from.  It does it on my laptop too and I have never had it installed on there.

 

Has anyone ever experienced this?  Standard internet searching it revealing nothing.

There's your problem right there. I'm guess it's managed by your IT dept?

Yes, but I forgot to mention that it also happens w/ the McAfee LiveSafe as well.  For some reason it is detecting on multiple devices that I have Firefox, when it just doesn't exist.
