Looks like it could be a gpu issue. I would try a diff display though.

See if you can boot into safe mode. Try booting up the PC but hit the reset button half way through start up 3 times, that should bring you to the page where you can good into safe mode. If you can get into safe mode, you can try running DDU to eliminate the possibility that it's a bad GPU driver. If you can't get into safe mode, it might be either a dead GPU or a dead monitor. I'd try a different monitor and a different port on your GPU. If both of those and DDU don't fix the issue, I would look into getting a new GPU.

I doubt it's on the monitor, it works perfectly fine in the lock screen, but as soon as I type my password and enter it starts doing this, could this be a cause of an virus?

I mean, theoretically yes? I doubt it's a virus, but if you aren't sure and you want to eliminate the software entirely, I'd wipe the HDD and reinstall Windows

Why would the problems start to occur right after I login into my account?

I'm still thinking it's likely a driver issue. I would run DDU in safe mode to eliminate the driver, or the more nuclear option, reinstall Windows.
